Course Overview

This course is the next step after TDI Advanced Nitrox or for certified Advanced divers. You’ll learn how to plan and conduct stage decompression dives, including use of Nitrox and Oxygen mixes.

We’ll cover dive planning, kit configuration, decompression strategies, gas switches, and emergency protocols.

Equipment setup for decompression diving
Decompression theory and dive tables
Gas planning and switching procedures
Emergency planning and contingencies
Use of TDI manuals, Navy/Bühlmann tables

Requirements

Agency: TDI Certification
Prerequisite: SDI Advanced Diver or equivalent
Logged Dives: Minimum 25
Minimum Age: 18 years
Duration: 3.5 days
Dives: 4 open water dives (2 must exceed 30m, max 45m)
Pool Session: Not required
Theory: Online or in-house
