From Beginner to Pro – In One Complete Program
This two-month internship package is the ultimate way to go from zero experience to Divemaster. You’ll complete all major certifications in a guided, structured environment with real exposure to how a dive center operates – in the water, in the office, and on the boat.
Important: This is a paid, full-service internship – not “free diving for work.” You are investing in a professional transformation guided by our experienced instructors and team.

Internship Duration & Schedule
The program is designed for approx. 60 days of immersion. Start dates are available between October and March to ensure enough diving and real-world training exposure during high season.
- Weeks 1–2: OWD + AOWD + first dive site experience
- Week 3: First Aid + Rescue training
- Weeks 4–8: Divemaster development, skill workshops, daily diving
Days off and retakes are built into the schedule. You will dive often, study hard, and get involved – all while being part of the team!
