“Just finished my Deep Diver and Wreck Specialty courses here with Instructor Pern – absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Safety was always the priority, but every dive was also genuinely fun. Can't recommend Chang Diving and Instructor Pern enough.”

- Should I book my dive or course in advance?
-
Yes, especially during high season! Advance bookings help us plan and secure your spot on the boat. ➜ Book your dive now
Important: All dive trips and courses must be booked directly with us – not via hotels, travel agents or third parties. This ensures personal service and transparent pricing.
- How does the online booking process work?
-
You can book easily via email, contact form, or directly on our website – similar to platforms like eBay, Amazon or Lazada. Just choose your product, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. After confirmation, we'll send you all payment instructions. ➜ View our prices and start booking
- When is your dive center open?
-
Our physical shop is usually closed as we're out on the boat every day 🚤. If you'd like to meet in person, please schedule an appointment. No need to check in or visit the dive shop and waste your holiday time. Everything can be done easily online, including booking and check-in.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
-
We accept cash (Thai Baht), bank transfers (in Thai Baht or Euro) — either direct or via Wise or Revolut. Credit card payments can be processed through Wise, Revolut, or with a physical card at the dive shop (if we're not out on the boat).
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
-
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. We'll inform you of the amount with your confirmation.
Please note: Unfortunately, we can only hold your spot after receiving the deposit. In the past, some guests have not shown up without notice, which caused us to turn down other divers. We appreciate your understanding 🙏
- Can I cancel for free?
-
Due to limited space, free cancellations are not always possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable. View our full cancellation policy
