You have already done several dives and are interested in the Rescue Diver course?

This is the moment to get interested in the three to five day Rescue Diver course. Not only because it takes you one step further into the professional world, e.g. Dive Master. This course prepares you to avoid smaller and also more serious diving emergencies. And if necessary, to manage them with the help of different techniques. Also to dare to help others. To recognize problems and thereby avoid them. The learned skills will enhance your abilities and self-confidence as a diver.
This rescue training
This rescue training is an enormous challenge and sometimes even a strain. But you will be rewarded. The subject is of course very serious, but you also have a lot of fun during the exercises and nothing can replace the practice. This course is recommended for every diver. It builds confidence and the knowledge to be able to help in an emergency. Participation in this course requires a recognized first aid certification, which must not be older than one year.

Pool Training
2 Days Open Water Training
At the Rescue Diver Course, you start with your eLearning already at Home. The Day you will start your Course with us we will review the Theory parts you have done already. After this, we will continue with your Pool Training. Followed by 2 Days on the Boat full of fun and new skills.
We will teach you How to Conduct and Organize:
- Search and Recovery
- Accident Management
- First AID based on real-life diving situations
The Rescue Diver Course is a High Challenging Course. But also a lot of fun to learn new skills. Meet People, Working as a Team and so much more. This Course is Recommended to any Diver. It builds up confidence and the knowledge to help in case of. To join the Course you need to hold a valued First AID certification. Which should not be older than 1 year.
After successful completion of the Rescue Diver course and first aid you can join the Divemaster course. This can be the first professional level of your diving career. If not, maybe the Master Scuba Diver comes into consideration. The highest in recreational diving. The Master Scuba Diver comes after the Rescue Diver and to get it you need: Rescue Diver Zertificat First Aid Zertificat 5 Speciality Certificate ( Wreck Diver, Deep Diver, Sidemount Diver, Navigation Diver …) Start now. Become more confident to be able to help in an emergency.
What you might spot?
While attending our snorkelling, fun dives or courses you (and your Family) might spot plenty of Koh Changs Marinelife on our dive sites and Wrecks (if certification and/or course requirement are meet) at your trips on our boat.

Course specific requirements:
- PADI: Advanced Open Water Diver + EFR
- SDI: Provide proof of SDI Advanced Adventure Diver certification, or equivalent, or open water diver certification and 40 logged open water dives
- Meet and greet around 4 – 5 pm (when your Instructor, Guide is back from the day trip)
- Documents Review and completion.
- Prepair your gear.
- Theory Review and completion
- Rescue: Open Water Dive 1 and 2 max. depth max. apropiate for Senarios
- max. time per Training Dive 60 min., or low on Gas 50 bar
- Theory Review and completion
- Rescue: Open Water Dive 3, 4 max. apropiate for Senario
- max. time per Training Dive 60 min., or low on Gas 50 bar
- Certification if all course requirements are fulfilled
- from 12-15 years of age (PADI junior Rescue max. 21 m depth) with parental consent.
- from 15-99 years of age (Rescue Diver max. 30 m deep) to 18 years with parental consent.
- When an Junior Advanced Open Water Diver reaches the age of 15,
they may upgrade to an Advanced Open Water Diver certification by completing the Junior Advanced Open Water Upgrade form and submitting to Headquater.
General requirements
Below are the requirements for all certification diving courses of the respective training agency (PADI, SDI or TDI).
- House rules, release from liability and assumption of risk as well as medical questionnaire
- According to Thai law (status 2020) a medical certificate is not required
- However, if one of the questions is answered with “YES”, a medical atest is necessary before any activity in the water!
- Swimming without swimming aid: minimum requirement 200m!
- Floating motionless on the water (dead man): minimum requirement 10 min.
- Minimum age for participation in scuba diving activities: 10 years (details in the specific course description).
Our services include
- Free shuttle service on dive day: Hotel to boat (White Sand Beach to Bang Bao) and back to the hotel! Pick up from the east coast on request.
- All boat fees (dive boat or dinghy)
- Complete equipment you need for scuba diving or snorkeling
- Regulators from APEKS or SCUBAPRO,
- Buoncy Control Device (BCD) from APEKS, SCUBAPRO or SEAC.
- Tropical water, usually 30 degrees warm, 3mm wetsuit short.
- SCUBAPRO Go fins, mask, Tanks (regularly maintained and tested) and weights.
- Against a surcharge of 300 THB/day for provision of a SUUNTO dive computer

This only applies in connection with a complete set of equipment without tanks and weights, and for non-discounted services! We reserve the right to reclaim the granted discount.
- Lunch, soft drinks, coffee, tea and seasonal fruits are served on the boat.
- English speaking divemasters or instructors (group size max.5 persons)
- Wifi on the boat (router capacity max. 10 persons)
