APEKS WTX-D Single Tank Wing Set – Complete Modular System

The APEKS WTX-D Wing System is a highly customizable backplate and wing setup built for single tank technical divers. Available with different lift capacities (18 / 30 / 40 lbs), and paired with the WTX Deluxe Harness, aluminum backplate, and STA, it’s a complete system ready for serious diving missions.

🔧 WTX-D Single Tank Wings (Donuts)

• Narrow profile – optimized for single tank diving
• Compact donut design avoids tank wrap (“taco” effect)
• Stable, well-balanced buoyancy
• Heavy-duty construction for rugged use

Available Models:

WTX-D18 – 18 lbs Lift

• Low-profile oval K-style inflator with brass buttons
• Safety cable, off-center hose routing
• Flat dump valve (lower left)
• Mesh center drain panel + 2 drain grommets

WTX-D30 – 32 lbs Lift

• Same configuration as D18 with more lift

WTX-D40 – 40 lbs Lift

• Increased lift for heavier loads, with same compact design

• Includes 12’ of 2″ webbing, 2″ crotch strap, 6 stainless D-rings
• Shoulder padding, elastic retainer loops, stainless steel buckle

🪨 WTX Backplate – Steel

• Available in 304 stainless steel (~2.2 kg)
• Multiple slots for cylinder band stability and attachment height
• Laser-etched Apeks logo, electro-plated finish

🔩 Single Tank Adapter (STA)

• 316 stainless steel plate with mounting bolts
• Compatible with both backplate and WTX harness
