Start Your Dive Career – Train as a Divemaster
The Divemaster Course is the first step into the world of professional diving. Over 2–6 weeks, you’ll gain leadership skills, guide certified divers, and assist instructors. This course combines real dive experience with personalized mentorship at Chang Diving Center.

What You’ll Learn
- The role and mindset of a professional Divemaster
- Supervising certified divers and assisting with courses
- Risk management, dive planning and safety procedures
- Conducting briefings, mapping dive sites, search & recovery
- Improving your personal diving skills to demonstration level
- Customer service and dive shop/boat operations

- Full Divemaster course curriculum (theory + practical)
- 20+ training dives in real-world conditions
- Logbook review, dive site mapping and deep dives
- Assistance with daily dive shop and boat operations
- 1-on-1 mentorship by multilingual pro team
- Certificate upon successful completion
❗ Note: The required Divemaster crewpack and registration fee are not included.
Course Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Rescue Diver certification with valid First Aid (within last 24 months)
- Minimum 40 logged dives to start, 60 to certify
- Good fitness, comfort in the water, team spirit
- Duration: Minimum 2 weeks – flexible schedule possible
